If you are a new patient

After making an appointment, new patients can pre-register electronically by visiting Just for Women Health Portal. To visit the Health Portal click here.

If you are a returning patient

Returning patients previously registered to Just for Women Health Portal can access their records by clicking here, using their user name and password, given to them in the office or emailed to them. Failing to log in four times will result in the patient being locked out of the portal. The patient will then need to call the office to reset the user name and password.

Returning patients who would like to access their records electronically and are not registered to Just for Women Portal, need to call the office and provide an email address. In turn, the office will issue a username and password and send the records by email to the patients.
